New Tiled Roof Garforth Leeds1) Strip existing roof Elevation of all materials. Supply skip for all waste materials and removal of existing tiles.
2) Re-cover main roof Elevation using Protect VP400 breather felt to BRE 080/01 (for Warm & Cold Roofs) and 25mm x 38mm treated full tanilised laths. Supply and fit Double Pan Tiles (colour to be agreed) to roof elevation. Ridge off using Half Round Ridge Tiles with dry ridge system.
Note :- Tiles to be nailed using alloy nails. All laths to be nailed to spa timbers using galvanised nails.
3) Supply and fit felt support tray to stop felt rotting in gutter, the support tray incorporating over facia ventilation and bird repellent.
4) Supply and fit code 4 lead cover flashings to chimney stack throughout.
5) Supply and fit new dry verge system to front and rear (colour to be agreed).
6) Remove existing gutter, then realign existing gutter to main house roof elevation.
7) Re-flaunch chimney stack using sand cement mortar including bonding.
8) Remove existing flu to under roof elevation where shown on drawing.

Supply and erect scaffold to both sides of roof section to enable safe and effective strip and recover of roof elevation.
On completion of all works of items a 5 year

All work to be carried out in accordance with Code of Practice for Slating and Tiling BS:5534 Part 1 1990.
All lead work to be carried out in accordance with L.S.A. guidelines and Codes of Practice to BS 6915.
