Inspection

It is our policy to recommend that clients visit the area of their choice and view as many properties as possible, before making such an important decision. Viewing visits are usually arranged for three to four days, as this should provide sufficient opportunity to view a wide range of properties.

As a company we do not offer "subsidised inspection trips". All our viewing visits are one-to-one and specifically cater to your requirements which are based on the individual client profile completed in the UK.

For your viewing visits overseas, we are happy to make travel arrangements and book accommodation on your behalf, (often at discounted prices), airfare and hotel costs are borne by you the client.

On arrival at the overseas airport you will be greeted by our associates who will escort you to your hotel and assist with checking in. Shortly afterwards they will arrange a brief meeting to review the itinerary to confirm your property requirements.

After each days viewing, we will review with you the properties you have seen and whether the selection is meeting your criteria. Should your requirements have changed, the feedback is then used to modify the visits for the subsequent day.

We can also answer any questions that you may have concerning the area, transport, employment, health facilities etc. Also we have access to an approved panel of independent professional advisors, should you wish to discuss matters such as mortgages, planning, propery alterations etc.

Whilst on your viewing trip, in order to secure the property of your choice it is important that you have funds accessible to enable the payment of the deposit. This may be done by credit card.
