You will be introduced to appropriately qualified English speaking professional advisors, such as lawyers, surveyors etc. from an approved panel.
This panel has been selected because of their knowledge and expertise. The members are totally independent of both ourselves and the vendors, and would be appointed by you directly. These advisors are experienced not only in the local market but in acting for overseas purchasers. They also have an excellent understanding of the questions and issues that may concern you.

While your professional advisers will handle all matters relating to the property purchase, we remain available to you at all times to answer your queries and assist with any problems that may arise. The progress of each purchase is closely monitored by ourselves from start to completion.
