The objective of this meeting is to introduce our service in more detail and to help you fully define your requirements and identify any other assistance or information you may need. Once your requirements have been fully discussed, understood and agreed, we create a client profile, and "search brief". The details of your specific requirements are then passed on to our associates in the overseas location of your choice. A designated property consultant will then seek to identify those individual properties or developments which match your requirements, budget and other preferences. You can therefore be confident that when visiting the area to view properties, your visit will be as productive as possible. Unlike some companies, we do not specialise in just one country or one area nor do we only sell one or two projects in each location.
